Sogeviso once again partnered as Gold Sponsor in the National Real Estate Servicing Congress held on 15 and 16 November at the Goya Theatre in Madrid
Sogeviso’s CEO, Javier García del Río, participated on 15 November in the debate “Public-private collaboration in a context of high interest rates and scarce affordable housing” which took place at the 5th National Real Estate Servicing Congress organised by CMS Group Europe and held at the Teatro Goya in Madrid.
“The profile of the affordable rental manager is different from that of a servicer. Complete service managers are needed, who accompany the whole process, from product design to operation, specialised and also committed, with the strength to invest in processes and technology, and with a long-term vision. This was one of the messages conveyed by our CEO in a debate in which José María García Gómez, Deputy Minister of Housing, Transport and Infrastructure of the Community of Madrid, Miguel Acosta Ramírez, chief legal officer at Anticipa Real Estate and Aliseda Inmobiliaria, and Pau Pérez de Acha Beamonte, Director of Social and Affordable Housing Management and Institutional Relations at Sareb also took part. Miguel Hernández Moreno, Director of Foresight and Sustainability at the Institut Cerdà, moderated the debate.
For Sogeviso, it has been a pleasure to have been part of the CNSI for the third consecutive year and to emphasise the need to promote public-private collaboration in housing. We would like to thank the other participants for the debate, as well as the organisers and attendees, and hope that it has been of great interest.
